How It Works

Sculptra®️ contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biodegradable compound that encourages collagen regeneration. After treatment:
1. The PLLA microparticles provide a scaffold in the deeper layers of the skin.
2. Your body gradually produces new collagen around this scaffold.
3. Over time, this increases volume and improves skin texture, with a natural and long-lasting outcome.

Unlike hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, the improvement is gradual and progressive, typically noticeable between 4–12 weeks post-treatment.

Treatment Plan

Most patients require 2–3 sessions spaced about 4–6 weeks apart to achieve optimal results.
